Hp 430 G+ DA0X81MB6E0 REV:E Usb Ports doesnt work

    Hi everyone,
    I have hp 430 g4 and all of usb ports doesnt work but i can see 5V each port, i couldnt find solutions,
    and i tried.
    1. updated bios , and with chip i found bin file updated,
    2. updated usb-c port ,
    3. checked all 5 voltages,
    4. from bios settings i set disable and enable usb ports.
    but nothing changed. i checked near usb ports coils, and smds all of good (i have the same working machine)
    just i am thinking is it CPU problem ?

    is there any idea

    Yes only usb ports not working, it seems everything is fine. perfromance everything is fine.

    usb 3.0 need setup driver you can check it?

    they are not working even bios level with usb keyboard its not about software. thank you .
