Acer s1002 N15P2

    I have this laptop, longer time was unused, I replaced damaged battery with a new battery and the laptop does not start.
    I suspected a bios fault, I programmed a bios from this forum and he is still dead...
    I will be grateful for any help or schematic etc

    My PCB:
    T10IBT1_MB_V30_0508C

    edit:
    the laptop charges the battery (red LED), after charging (blue LED) it does not start
