    no all thshiba ticra or proteg have 8mb dump not 16mb

    no bios chip 25q128 and when i readed dump 16mb, unfortunately...
    P.S. Still i am searching 16mb dump, thanks regards,.

    if your motherboard have mecxxx there is the password not in bios
