    the AIO 700 turns on, activates the keyboard, but does not show video, they were updating the bios and the power was cut and the update process did not finish.
    *old bios activate keyboard, not show video.

    the bios file that is up 8mb, the equipment turns on and off repeatedly. That's why I think your file is broken.
