    Thanks for your quick answer, but did not work maybe, I have another problem.
    I have also done the reballing to the GPU, but I have no image!

    Yes.
    After programming the dump, stayed the same.
    Starts without image, flashes the wifi light and turns on the fan nothing else.
    I can upload my dumps for you to check
