HP-Compaq hp 840 g2 MPM is not unlocked

Hi,
The owner has changed the bios chip and maybe even me chips.
After I reprogrammed the bios and not the me chip, the notebook starts but
in order to remove this message "machine is not in committed state" I try first the boot from uefi file method (brand11, etc) , after, i try hp dmi tool, both with no luck.
After I have tryed on windows wndmifit but appear this message:
"MPM is not unlocked.....please escalate with UUID to get SMC blob to unlock MPM"
I have read to modify the FSMC.bin file to SMC.bin file and change the file lockmpm.txt but the MPM is still locked.
My UUID is not FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
I have reprogrammed the bios with different files but MPM is still locked.
There is a solution from this issue ?

 

No luck with ghis procedure if I don"t have a factory UUID with all FFFF it's impossible to make any change because the system detecte the motherboard is used. I'm searching a me file and bios from the same motherboard

 

Finally I solve only the machine is not in committed state issue,
Remain to solve how change the UUID on ec to all FF if you want to change serial and other info. Maybe it's possible with hex editor but at the owner not interst the change.
