What is marked in red is the bios chip. The battery of bios in this equipment is the main battery of the notebook.

u meant cmos chip or bios? because i'm tryin to fix my friend's laptop, his brother dropped something on it while he's playin which it immediately turned off and when i boot it up it gives (CMOS Reset (502) ) error and cant even open the bios settings then I updated the bios with a usb flash drive but still doesn't work so I decided to remove the battery and reinsert it back but yet again still did not work which leaves me with the conclusion that the chip is corrupted and have to replace it.

If the chip that u refer to me is the bios chip however
then I suspect this is the cmos chip where it's located behind the motherboard I looked the code up and it says that it's a spi flash memory idk what is that but I think it is cmos which is weird cuz they're far a part.

Sorry for the late response I wasn't home yesterday.

The CMOS memory is integrated with the real time clock in most cases, on the southbridge....that's your chipset.
