    The problem is in the CPU fan after a few minutes of turning on the computer the fan is at maximum speed. I checked the paste on the CPU and replaced the heat sink but the problem remained.

    I tried the bios of the first post but it did not help.
    Mainboard have SMSC MEC5035-NU
    if I would like to change it, do I have to program it?
